AEQ Solutions L.L.C ("AEQ") is a technology company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This notice explains what we do with information submitted through aeq.ae.

What this site collects
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and uses no third-party analytics. Visiting a page does not create a profile of you.
The only information we collect is what you type into the inquiry form: your name, your organisation, your work email address, and the description of what you need. Nothing is collected unless you choose to submit that form.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and request metadata, for the operation and security of the site.
Why we hold it
We use inquiry details for one purpose: to understand your request and respond to it. That is our legitimate interest in answering an approach made to us.
We do not sell this information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an inquiry.
Where it goes
Inquiries are delivered to AEQ by email through a third-party transactional email provider, and are stored in our business email systems.
These providers process the information on our instructions. Some may operate infrastructure outside the United Arab Emirates; where that is the case, transfers are made under the safeguards those providers offer.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are retained for as long as the relationship they concern remains active, and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Where an inquiry does not lead to further contact, we delete it once it no longer serves any purpose.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
These rights are provided under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and under any other data protection law that applies to you.
Do not send us restricted information
The inquiry form is an ordinary web form. It is not an accredited channel for classified, restricted or otherwise controlled information, and it should never be used as one.
Describe the outcome you need. If the substance of a discussion requires protection, tell us and we will arrange an appropriate channel before it goes any further.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
